Off-the-shelf billing software forces your shop to work its way. We build billing that follows your process: your invoice format, your item codes, your credit terms, your reports, without a per-user fee every year.
What It Does
Barcode scanning or keyboard entry, HSN codes, CGST and SGST split automatically, discounts per line or per bill, thermal or A4 printing, and the invoice sent on WhatsApp before the customer leaves.
Purchase entry, stock movement, low stock alerts, batch and expiry tracking for pharma and food, and a physical stock count screen that reconciles what is on the shelf against what the system thinks.
Cash, UPI and card split on one bill. Customer credit accounts with limits, ageing reports on who owes what, and automatic reminders over WhatsApp so someone else chases the money for you.
GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data exported in the format your accountant wants. E-invoice IRN generation and e-way bills for businesses above the threshold.
Daily sales, item-wise profit, dead stock, top customers, staff-wise billing. On the phone, so you can check the shop from anywhere.
Counter staff bill. Only you edit prices, delete bills or view profit margins. Every deleted or edited invoice leaves a record with a name and a timestamp on it.
Fit
The core is the same. What changes is the layer on top, and that layer is why generic software never quite fits.
Billing cannot stop because the broadband is down. The counter app keeps working offline and syncs to the cloud the moment the connection returns. Your bills keep printing either way.
Data is backed up daily and you can export the whole database yourself, any time, without asking us.
Pricing
Cloud hosting runs about ₹1,500 a month, or you host it yourself and pay nothing. Support after the free period is ₹5,000 a month, optional.
Questions
If they fit your shop, use them. They are cheap and they work. Owners come to us when the yearly licence across eight terminals gets expensive, when their trade needs something the software refuses to do, or when they want billing joined to their website and CRM instead of sitting in a separate island.
Yes. Items, customers, opening stock and outstanding balances get imported from Tally, Excel or most other billing software. We do a test import first so you can check the numbers before switching.
Rule changes that affect invoices or returns are covered under support at no extra cost. We have to update it for every client anyway.
We train at your counter during working hours, not in a classroom. Most billing staff are comfortable inside two days because the screen is built to be faster than what they used before, not more clever.
The software keeps running. You bought it. Support and new features stop, and you keep every bill and every record.
Send a photo of your current invoice and tell us what your software refuses to do. That is usually enough to scope the whole thing.
