We pick based on who will maintain the site after launch, not on what we enjoy writing. If WordPress is right for you, you get WordPress, even though we would rather build in React.
Process
We ask what you sell, who buys it and what a good week looks like. Out of that comes a sitemap and a list of what each page has to do. You approve this before any design starts.
Home page and one inner page first. Once you sign off on those two, the rest follows the same system without another round of debate.
Development on a staging link you can open any time. Content and images go in as they are ready. You see progress daily, not at the end.
Speed testing on real phones, form testing, tracking checks, then go live. Analytics and Search Console are connected the same day.
Pricing
Half up front, half on launch. If the scope changes mid-project we quote the change before doing it, so the final invoice matches the one you approved.
Questions
Yes. Repository, hosting account, domain and every login are transferred to you at launch. We do not hold your site hostage to keep you on a maintenance plan.
We audit it first. Sometimes a rebuild is wrong and the honest answer is a redesign of three pages plus a speed fix. That work lives on our updates and fixes page.
We do, based on a call with you. If you have existing copy that works, we keep it. Waiting for clients to write their own content is the single biggest reason web projects run late.
The structure will be right: clean URLs, schema, fast loading, proper headings. Ranking for competitive keywords still needs ongoing SEO work. A good build makes that work cheaper, it does not replace it.
Free fixes cover anything broken that we built. After that you can take a monthly support plan or call us when you need something. No lock-in either way.
